1. Service description

RefugeBot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool for operators of 7 Days to Die dedicated game servers. Subscribers connect a thin agent module running inside their game server process to our hosted Service. The Service provides a web admin panel, an in-game player shop with offline-purchase queueing, a Discord chat bridge, a scheduler for recurring server tasks, and related operator tooling.

Subscriptions are sold per-account with a fixed connected-server limit (Starter: 3 servers; Pro: 8 servers). A free tier is available with limited functionality (basic chat command relay only). A self-hosted edition of the Service is available at no charge under separate terms.

2. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed on the website and may be updated with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• You may cancel at any time from the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops further charges; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. Refund requests for billing errors or extended service outages will be reviewed individually — contact support.
• Failed payments: subscriptions are placed in a grace state and retried per Stripe's standard cadence. After exhausted retries the subscription is cancelled and feature access reverts to the free tier; data is retained for 30 days during which a re-subscribe restores access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: relay or facilitate cheats, gameplay exploits, or DDoS infrastructure; harvest player platform IDs or IP addresses for purposes beyond running your own game server; impersonate The Fun Pimps Entertainment or its products; or relay illegal content through the chat bridge.

Each subscription corresponds to one customer. Sharing your AgentKey or account credentials with third parties is prohibited.

4. Customer data

By connecting an Agent, you authorize the Service to receive and store data your game server reports — connected player names, platform IDs, IP addresses captured during normal admin operations, in-game chat messages, ban records, shop catalog and purchase history. This data is used solely to operate the Service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention and processing.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not provide a contractual uptime SLA at current pricing tiers. Maintenance windows will be announced when foreseeable. The architecture is designed so that the admin panel and player shop continue functioning when individual game servers go offline.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost game progress, lost player goodwill, or loss of in-game economy data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a security or abuse risk to the Service. We will, where possible, provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

8. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be communicated by email to subscribers at least 30 days in advance and posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
